Our Design Approach

Using our dedication BTR design professionals we undertake a non-conventional integrated design development pathway by designing from the inside out, removing inefficiency from areas of the build that do not add value to tenants.

We have developed a set of design principles that are vertical integrated with our preferred suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Our design approach provides flexibility to adapt to market conditions (apartment sizes, layout, finishes) whilst refining our cost base on areas of the asset that do not impact operating revenue.

  • Once a BTR development site had been identified, building massing and optimised development mix established conceptual design to development application begins following these steps.

  • This process ensures maximum value is realised for the top five cost impacting base building elements. Designing from the inside out removes considerable inefficiency in the development.   

  • Complete life cycle analysis of inbuilt serviceable items to ensure Total Ownership Costs are fully understood, modelled and factored into the feasibility analysis.
