In the heart of Perth CBD, Bankwest’s home at Raine Square is bound by Murray, Queen, Wellington and William Streets. The completed project consists of 44,000m2 of contiguous office space over 20 levels and 13,000m2 of retail space over three levels.
Special features include a tunnel connection to the Perth underground train station, a 227-bay public car park and 650-seat food court on ground level at one of Perth’s busiest intersections. The project comprised a large portion of heritage works including the restoration and preservation of the historic Royal Hotel and the elegant Queens Building.
Probuild entered into the project following failed attempts by another contractor. Challenges were resolved efficiently and effectively by the Probuild team working closely with the client and consultants through the negotiation period to ensure all works were accounted for within the Guaranteed Max Price (GMP).
