32 St Georges Terrace is located within one of Perth’s premiere commercial sites opposite Government House with unobstructed views of the Swan River.
The redevelopment involved major demolition, to completely strip an existing 17-level office building and construct new concrete works to strengthen the lift core, stripping off all existing façades. The building’s footprint was extended by 500m2, adding an additional 7500m2 of lettable office space to the building.
The project achieve a 4 Star Green Star rating and a 4.5 Star NABERS energy rating in design. Probuild, with its wide ESD expertise, was the perfect partner to build this truly sustainable urban tower.
