The Victoria University City West Tower, Melbourne’s tallest vertical campus for our client ISPT as owner and developer, is currently forming the last pour on Level 29 for the structure.
The installation of Façade has progressed to Level 23 and integrated fitout has commenced on the lower floors. Supervisors have established an effective sequencing method with trades involving services, framing, plastering, painting, joinery, flooring, carpentry, tiling and metalworks.
VU City West Tower is nearing completion of lead paint removal in the heritage building which is a major milestone to allow demolition and rectification works to begin. The following months involve the removal of the site’s alimaks, lift handovers and energisation; all involving intense consideration of sequencing and methodology to ensure safe practices are maintained on site.
