Victoria University City Tower driveway works are progressing

The Victoria University City Tower, Melbourne’s tallest vertical campus is currently undertaking works to the project’s driveway and lower levels.

The team have successfully completed the structure and façade works along with the project’s major plantroom. Now shifting their focus to the lower levels of the building, where the integrated fitout works have commenced on levels 1, 2 and 3.

External paving, kerb and gutter works have begun to form the project’s shared driveway and footpaths surrounding the campus along Little Lonsdale Street. Which will lead to the installation of the feature curtain wall along the east driveway, in the next coming weeks.

Once complete, the 24,000m² NLA tower will connect with the streetscape and offer a world class education precinct to revitalise an iconic part of Melbourne’s CBD.
