Probuild has poured the final roof slab on Lot 10, to officially top out the first tower at Far East Consortium's The Towers and Ritz Carlton at Elizabeth Quay. This is a significant milestone, marking the end of the structure works with focus now shifting to façade installation and internal fit out. Lot 9 is expected to top out in mid-October.
At 96 metres above sea level, Lot 9 contains more than 2000 tonnes of steel reinforcement, over 22,000 cubic metres of concrete and more than 500 tonnes of structural steel.
The Towers and Ritz Carlton at Elizabeth Quay will feature 379 luxury apartments, a 205-room Ritz Carlton hotel, commercial space, as well as a retail and restaurant precinct. The project is expected to be completed in 2019.
