Probuild confirmed its place as one of Australia’s leading graduate employers last night, when the Top 100 Graduate Employers by GradAustralia were announced in Sydney.
Probuild was voted in at number 93 by students overall, across graduate employers Australia-wide.
The news was warmly welcomed by Probuild’s Group Managing Director, Simon Gray, “We’re incredibly proud to be recognised at last’s night’s prestigious event and to place in the Top 100 alongside employers like Google, PWC and Apple.”
“Probuild’s Grad Program is such a fantastic opportunity for young construction professionals to build their careers. Our company has an excellent culture of growing from within and there’s lots of room for career progression.
“Look at our West Australian Managing Director, Sam Delmenico, for example. He started in the Graduate Program, and for the last three years has been running our second biggest business unit. That’s $700M + worth of construction projects.”
The awards were presented by Professor John Shields, Deputy Dean University of Sydney Business School, who congratulated all employers on their focus on developing young talent.
The announcement comes just before Probuild is set to open applications for its 2019 graduate program, on Monday 5 March. Visit Probuild’s graduate portal for more information about the application process. http://www.probuild.com.au/graduateprogram
