Greenland Centre awarded 2021 High-Rise Development City
Greenland Centre has received the High-Rise Development City award for the 2021 Urban Taskforce Australia Development Excellence Awards, last week.
A partnership between Greenland Australia and Probuild worked to deliver one of Sydney’s tallest residential towers, reaching 235 metres in the sky with 67 storeys and 479 residences.
The project featured technical challenges including the installation of a 287 meter high crane (312m AHD) and a cantilevered transfer structure (referred to as the Belt Truss) constructed over 90 meters above street level weighing in at 4392 tonnes.
The project was a success founded on a strong partnership with Greenland Australia and our ongoing commitment to safety and high-quality construction.
