Probuild has proudly achieved Practical Completion on Stage 1 of the Elizabeth North development.
This Landmark project within Melbourne’s Biomedical Precinct was delivered for our longstanding client PDG Corporation. Construction included extensive restoration of the 3-storey heritage-listed art-deco façade that was retained and restored concurrently to constructing over 10,000sqm of A-Grade commercial office and educational campus above.
Elizabeth North is set to serve as a gateway to Melbourne’s Education and Biomedical Precinct at the northern end of the CBD. The completed 30,000sqm mixed-use project houses a state-of-the-art vertical education campus for Trinity College alongside A-Grade commercial offices. Within the podium and basement levels behind the restored façade is an expansive flagship Melbourne City Toyota dealership that is complimented by extensive retail offerings including Woolworths Metro, BWS and Café.
We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with PDG with construction of Stage 2, the future home of CSL, ahead of programme and on track to be completed in late 2022.
