Caulfield Village Precinct 2 North is one of Melbourne’s premier Build-To-Rent projects with our client Beck Property. Once complete, Caulfield Village Precinct 2 North will feature over 400 BTR apartments and associated retail and commercial tenancies.
The structure has seen the installation of over 200 Concrete Precast Panels to date and the basement’s final concrete pour. The Ground floor, which will be home to a Coles supermarket, retail and commercial tenancies has just over 450m2 of the remaining Floor plate currently being prepared for concrete.
The project’s Façade and Services design and procurement is well underway with detailed services coordination now occurring through the Ground Floor Retail areas, while the first façade panels are beginning fabrication.
