West Australian Ballet

The West Australian ballet project consisted of the refurbishment of the former WA Royal Institute and Industrial School for the Blind.

The space had been fully restored to resemble a New York style loft, complete with a shoe room and state of the art Harlequin sprung floor designed in London.  The restoration also included demolition of an old toilet block, construction of a two storey amenities building, rectification of timber floors, erection of new office partitions, restoration of heritage ceilings and floors, and installation of new mechancial, hydraulic, electrical and fire services.  This was a pro-bono project for Probuild, who saw the Ballet as a fantastic community project, one that can bring necessary relief to the much needed facilities of the Ballet, whilst providing further opportunities to many members of the community.
