Lainsborough Apartments

Probuild were engaged under a construction management proposal by the client for the Lainsbrough Apartments and took over from a builder who had become insolvent. 

Capturing all aspects of their leafy surrounds, these north-facing residences reflect every comfort of fine homes.  The 36 apartments were spaced over two residential towers.  Each tower housed 18 apartments with two penthouses per building.

The position of the apartments allows sunlight to flood the indoor and outdoor areas throughout every season.

Three basement levels were incorporated to provide convenient storage and parking.
