Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre Stage 8A

Probuild have been selected to construct a new Retail Centre adjacent to the existing Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre.  This project includes the construction of a “main street” between the new centre and the existing, as well as an additional 705 at grade car park spaces.  This will increase the parking capacity to 1201.

The $30M Design and Construct Redevelopment comprises of 6245 sqm Coles, 1475 sqm Aldi, 175 sqm Liquorland plus 40 specialty stores.

The Redevelopment will enable the shopping centre to thrive in what has become a major activity centre. 

The project is due for completion in January 2013.
