Roi Apartments

ROI Apartments is a $45M innovative development on a site of one acre, offering 175 air conditioned one and two bedroom apartments in an environmentally sustainable design.
Extensive outdoor entertaining areas, landscaped communal gardens, a glassed two storey foyer housing an exhibition wall, solar boosted hot water and rain water harvesting will all form part of the development.
This five star project comprises one and a half basements of car park, motor cycle, bicycle and storage facilities. Approximately half of the apartments are housed in the eastern building three levels above ground while the other half are housed in the western building six levels above ground.  Two lifts will serve the six story western block and one lift will serve the three storey eastern block.
All the vertical elements of its concrete structure are constructed off site in the form of reinforced precast concrete.  The horizontal elements are designed and constructed of post tensioned reinforced concrete.
The building will generally be clad with Alucobond cladding and Anodised Aluminium Windows/Doors with glass balustrade balconies.  Speed, quality and safety requirements have been the major influences with these choices of construction technique.
The project is due for completion in March 2012.
