Raine Square

In August 2010, Probuild was awarded the contract to complete the construction of the distressed Raine Square project.

Probuild entered the project following failed attempts by another contractor. Challenges were resolved efficiently and effectively by our specially appointed team, who worked tirelessly on the project throughout the tender process, liaising with both the client and the superintendant ensuring no matter was overlooked and all works accounted for within our clients guaranteed maximum price.
The Raine Square development comprises of 44,000 sqm NLA of office space, 13,000 sqm of retails outlets spread over 3 levels and a 3 Level Underground Car Park boasting 397 bays.

Raine Square is located in the heart of Perth’s Central Business District. Once complete Raine Square will be accessible via three main entrances off Murray St, William St and Wellington St. Entrance to Perth’s metro rail station will be made accessible via the $12m underground tunnel.  A large component of Heritage Works was undertaken on this project with the refurbishment and restoration the buildings Heritage façades.
Raine Square is looking to achieve a 4.5-Star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating, the biggest commercial building in Western Australia to commit to a rating of this magnitude.

This project was successfully completed on time and on budget late 2011.
