One40 William Street, Perth

In December of 2006, Probuild was awarded the contract for the design & construction of a new mixed use development at 140 William Street in the Perth CBD.
The project comprises the construction of multi level basement carpark, 2 levels of retail and a further 19 levels of A-grade commercial office space. The design has been awarded a 5-Star Greenstar design rating and the development is also looking to achieve a 5-Star as-built rating.
The development also encompasses a significant component of Heritage Works with the refurbishment and restoration of 3 iconic Perth buildings and the reinstatement of a fragile Heritage façade into the main building.  The site is located in the heart of the Perth Central Business District and occupies a city block bound by William Street, Wellington Street and the Murray Street Mall. one40william is a fixed price design & construct project with a contract value of approximately $216 million.  Probuild were heavily involved in the Pre-construction phase to provide specific construction expertise whilst working to ensure costs were minimised. Construction of one40william was completed mid 2010.
