Hall and Wilcox

The fitout of levels 30 and 31 of Melbourne’s Bourke Place office tower for a large legal practice was undertaken by Probuild in only 11 weeks.  Level 30 comprised reception, the boardroom, meeting and function rooms in a layout that maximises the views to the north of the CBD and called for feature joinery, fabric wall paneling, a stone floor within the reception area and a wall graphic depicting a Melbourne street.  Offices, computer room, a mail centre, kitchen and breakout areas were also included.  Level 31 incorporated additional offices, meeting rooms, the practice library, file storage and tea points.

The project was completed in December 2004, during the redevelopment of the 50-storey Bourke Place tower, for which Probuild was also responsible.
