Comanding a superb foreshore position, Halcyon is a state of the art luxury boutique development that has been designed by Spence Pearson Architects and will be completed as a Design & Construct project with the involvment of Probuild’s team.
Comprising just two apartments per floor and one true penthouse occupying the entire top level, each of the spacious apartments has over 200 square metres of internal living areas, with three bedrooms plus study.
Construction commences in September 2010 and is scheduled for completion January 2012.
