Eight Apartments

The $38.5M Eight Apartments residential tower in South Melbourne has a striking profile created by its inverted L-shaped blade column and cantilever roof.

The quality of the design and construction reflects the strength of the inner city location, with 10 levels each of 13 apartments and four penthouses on the top level. The project also includes eight levels of car parking.

Work commenced on site in June 2002 and the project was completed on time and within budget in March 2004.
