The $10 million fitout of five levels of a city office tower for one of Melbourne’s most established and prestigious law firms was undertaken within the required five-month period and, despite a number of site constraints, delivered a state-of-the-art, high quality space that will meet the needs of the practice and its clients for years to come.
A strip-out of Levels 32 – 36 was required before new work could commence, and existing services were integrated to suit the layout of the new tenancy.  This was particularly critical for Level 32, which houses the IT department of the practice and includes a data centre.  Levels 33 – 35 were fitted out for general administrative services, while reception, a commercial kitchen, boardroom, conference rooms and presentation room with sophisticated audio visual equipment were located on Level 36.
Probuild completed the fitout on July 31, 2004, on time and within budget.
