Cockburn Central

Cockburn Central is a Design and Construct project strategically located adjacent to Cockburn Central train station on the Perth to Mandurah rail line, the completed development will comprise a mixed-use activity centre and will include: 130 residential apartments and 500 sqm NLA retail and commercial space. 
Residential accommodation will be provided in the form of medium-high density apartment living. A strong mix of apartment sizes is being promoted, catering for a diverse future community.  Retail and commercial uses will include shops, food and beverage establishments, and office floor space.
This $40m project is expected to be completed March 2012.
