Clara South Yarra

The $60M Clara South Yarra project comprises a two level basement carpark, 12 three storey townhouses, a 13 storey, 159 apartment tower and a four storey 30 apartment block.
Successful collaboration with a number of authorities and departments including Metro Trains, VicTrack and the Department of Transport has ensured a seamless operation with minimal disruption to the construction works and rail operations.
Construction commenced in October 2009 and is expected to be completed mid 2011.
