Aspect Apartments

Following a selected tender process, Probuild was awarded the contract for the construction of a new $20m multi level residential building for Australand in January 2010.
The project comprises the construction of a basement carpark together with 80 residential apartments over 7 levels. The building has been designed by Cameron Chisholm Nichol Architects.
The site is located on Wellington Street in East Perth with street frontages on both Wellington Street to the south and Bronte Street to the north.
The structure comprises a conventional concrete frame with AFS load-bearing structural walls internally and externally.  The lift core is also constructed using the AFS wall system.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2011 and is tracking well on-time and on-budget.
