600 Murray Street Fitout

Probuild was awarded the contract for the refurbishment and fitout of an existing building located at 600 Murray Street in West Perth.
The project comprised the strip out of the existing fitout throughout the building, together with an upgrade of the common areas, tea kitchens and toilets. The essential services including the boilers, cooling towers and chillers were upgraded to achieve a Greenstar rating. Three existing lifts were completely refurbished as part of the contract. We were also responsible for the fitout of the tenancy floors for the new tenant. 
The building comprises in excess of 5,600m² of gross floor area over 8 levels.
Construction was successfully completed in March 2010 to the absolute satisfaction of the client.
