The 38 Albert Avenue Residential Redevelopment in Chatswood, Sydney comprises 69 apartments, a medical centre, retail outlets, carpark and a restaurant. The $72M project commenced in February 2012 with an objective to realise Australia’s first Centre of Excellence in Integrated Medicine (Chinese and Western) built in collaboration with the NSW Government and the People’s Republic of China.
Probuild has been commissioned to deliver a mixed use development comprising two towers. One with luxury apartments and the second with medical, commercial, retail and restaurant facilities.
The building has been designed and will be constructed with an emphasis on Feng Shi principals.
The project is due for completion in March 2014.
