Simon Gray
Simon Gray
– Group Managing Director

Simon Gray brings to Probuild over 30 years of experience in business leadership roles in the construction industry.  Simon is recognised as a dynamic and determined leader and is well regarded for his interaction with all industry stakeholders and his drive to ensure projects are successfully delivered to the satisfaction of our clients. 

Prior to joining Probuild, Simon was founder and Managing Director of construction company Contexx for 6 years until the company merged with Probuild in 2012 and Simon became the Probuild Group Managing Director.

Simon also spent 15 years with Brookfield Multiplex where he progressed from project manager to Group Managing Director of the construction division.  During this time his responsibilities included growing the Victorian, South Australian and New Zealand businesses along with managing international projects in UK and New Zealand.

Simon holds a Diploma of Building, is a fellow of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Arthur has an in depth understanding of all aspects of the industry including extensive experience in leading and managing complicated tenders across a diverse range of delivery methods. He also has a clear understanding of project dynamics and the management required to achieve positive outcomes and is passionate about leading the industry in sustainable business practises.

Arthur joined Probuild at the time of the merger with Contexx where he was responsible for identifying and securing all new business opportunities in Victoria and emerging markets for over 2 years.

Prior to that Arthur was Southern Region Building Manager at Abigroup for 3 years and Construction Manager at Brookfield Multiplex for 10 years in both Australia and New Zealand working on a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, education, retail and health.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science Building degree and a Diploma (Bus Admin).

Brad Duggan joined Probuild in December 2016, bringing with him 20 years' experience in accounting and finance.

Brad was previously a Director of international accounting and consultancy firm PwC, where he worked both in Australia and New York City, before spending time in senior leadership roles within the property and construction industry.  

Brad’s priority is to ensure both the finance and IT functions of Probuild remain focused on delivering value to the business through partnering and supporting our project teams.

Luke Stambolis has had an exciting 20 year career in construction having worked on several iconic and major projects both Australia and the United Kingdom. 

He leads the Victorian operations of Probuild and has a proven track record of working with clients and key stakeholders to ensure delivery consistency is achieved. He has refined skills in all facets of projects from concept, feasibility, masterplanning, pre-construction and construction delivery.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a fully licensed builder in Commercial and Residential categories.

Jeff leads the Queensland operations of Probuild with significant experience in Commercial Construction, having successfully led major Construction Projects in Southern Africa, the Middle East, Singapore and Australia. His experience, business and technical skills are combined with good organisational and leadership capabilities to ensure successful construction outcomes.

Highly respected by his colleagues, clients and contractors, Jeff contributes positively to the success of his team and the company with his professional attitude and standards.  He maintains an active, hands-on approach to construction and remains highly involved in the industry, particularly in relation to all construction-related matters and industrial relations.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

Sarah joined Probuild in March 2013, having worked extensively with fellow tier-one builders before joining the company.

With a near decade’s experience in developing and executing construction-specific health and safety strategies, Sarah has delivered tangible OHS improvements to our sites and the wider industry. She was appointed Probuild’s Group HSE Manager in July 2016, and is passionate about workplace health and safety moving beyond zero harm to improve overall worker health and wellbeing.

Sarah has an Honours Degree in Science (Occupational Health and Safety) and was awarded NAWIC's Young Achiever in 2012.

Randell is responsible for the management of industrial relations across the Probuild Group and well as organisational development strategies for the company.

Ross joined Probuild in early 2017, bringing close to 15 years of integrated management systems and compliance experience gained in the industry at project, state and national level.  

In line with Probuild’s renewed commitment to the revised Quality Standard, Ross’ focus is to exceed client expectations through effective change management that delivers up-front, risk-assessed, quality processes aimed at continual improvement by the identification and elimination of defects through root cause and preventing the need for repeat works.

Coco is responsible for executing numerous group initiatives throughout the organisation, including our industry-leading Graduate Program, The Probuild Awards and our community engagement program ProCommunity. 

Coco joined Probuild in 2010 after having worked extensively at other tier one contractors. After six years as a Project Manager at Probuild, she commenced her role as Community and Group Initiatives Manager. 

Coco is passionate about the construction industry, contributing to the community and employee development and engagement.

Joe started with Probuild in 2012 as commercial manager after joining the company from the merged Contexx business and then moved into an internal audit role in early 2015. Joe has had an extensive career in the construction industry, having filled several managerial roles in major national construction companies. He is focused on streamlining the internal commercial and system activities of the Group to produce the most cost effective outcomes for our clients and ensure Probuild complies with its internal processes, policies and procedures.

– National Planning Manager

Peter has over 20 years experience in a variety of planning roles ranging from site based roles on major complex projects through to senior management positions. He established and ran his own consultancy business for over 5 years providing planning advice to companies ranging from small commercial builders to major property companies.

Peter has been involved in complex construction projects in Australia, UK, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. In the UK he managed the planning aspects of two major and complex projects, Whitecity and Wembley.

Peter’s roles over the years included numerous opportunities to peer review major projects to assess risks, look for opportunities and ensure a high standard of planning is undertaken.

Joining Probuild in 2015, Caitlin is highly-skilled in media relations, corporate social media practices, online engagement tactics, website management and content creation.

Caitlin has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Public Relations, from Curtin University of Technology and is a professional level member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
