Sandhurst Golf Club Clubhouse

The clubhouse at Sandhurst Golf Club is the focal point of a golf and residential development and is the first of a number of community amenities planned for the precinct.

It comprises a basement and ground floor with restaurants, bars, office, pro shop, convenience store, kitchens, staff amenities, full back of house areas, members' changing rooms and associated facilities.

Construction commenced in June 2003 and was completed in March 2004, on time and within budget.
