National Golf Club Clubhouse

The $15M clubhouse at National Golf Club, Cape Schanck, is constructed over four levels and includes a lobby, bars, dining areas, a pro shop, locker rooms and associated amenities, boardroom, administration and offices, commercial kitchens, cool rooms and wine cellar, as well as 2 levels of underground parking.

A tunnel constructed from the site sheds to the project enabled work to continue in bad weather and all-terrain vehicles were used to transport materials.

Work commenced on site in March 2001 and the course remained operational throughout. The project was delivered subject to a fixed time, fixed price Design and Construct Contract.
