Loop Mall, Stage 25, Chadstone Shopping Centre

Loop Mall, Stage 25, Chadstone Shopping Centre presented us with some of the toughest challenges we've faced to date. The $27M development created 5700m² of new retail space in a former basement car park, while maintaining trading and services to adjacent areas. An underground storm water retarding basin with a holding capacity of 450,000 litres was required, and a significant amount of work was undertaken to new, extended and diverted services. The completed Loop Mall links two existing shopping precincts with 48 new tenancies.
