The $105M redevelopment of one of Australia's largest shopping centres included the demolition and redevelopment of some of the existing retail areas and construction of two new malls, a new 15-plex cinema complex, restaurants, a bulky goods precinct around open, interactive streets with both vehicular and pedestrian access, extensive additional carparking, relocation of 20 existing retail tenancies and upgrades to all existing entries and facades.
