Highpoint Southern Extension

We have successfully completed every stage of expansion of Highpoint Shopping Centre since 1994. The Southern Extension involved a total construction cost of $46M and included an open-book approach to the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the car park component and a Construction Management arrangement for the retail works.

The project increased the floor area from 112,500 m2 to 127,500 m2, and comprised two new streets of externalised large format retail; the complete upgrade of the existing Level 3 mall; 60 new specialty shops over two levels; a 700-seat food court; a large piazza with artwork and landscaping, and additional car parking.

Construction commenced in early 2004 and was completed in October 2005, on programme.
