Swinburne Place

Under innovative procurement methodologies, we were responsible for the design and construction of Swinburne Place, a true mixed use development on the Hawthorn Campus of Swinburne University.

The project comprises two buildings, each housing two basement carpark levels, a ground floor retail and tenancy area, two levels of commercial office space and a total 360 student accommodation beds.

This $68m project was completed ahead of time and within budget in December 2005.
