Park Hyatt Sydney

A complete strip out and refurbishment of Sydney's most exclusive hotel overlooking Circular Quay was completed by Probuild within a four-month period.

The $5m project called for the refurbishment of all finishes and fittings, strip out of internal walling, new electrical services and the installation of high quality, new hard and soft finishes and furnishings throughout.

All works were completed on the accelerated completion date in October 2004.
