The 6-level, boutique Coast apartment development on Beaconsfield Parade, Port Melbourne, comprises 11 apartments including a penthouse on Level 5 with private access to the rooftop terrace. Rear car parking at ground level utilises car stackers.

The use of continuous flight auger piers for the foundations resolved challenges posed by sandy ground conditions. Precast panels were used for the fascade, with suspended concrete floors for all levels.

The project commenced in April 2002 and was completed on time and within budget in February 2003.
