Aquavita Apartments comprises 41 high quality, spacious and contemporary apartments behind a distinctive fascade combining heritage architecture and modern building materials.

Probuild entered the project following two failed attempts by other builders, commencing work on the $15m project in September 2003 and completing it in July 2004.
