Sunshine Entertainment Complex

A $25m staged development combining entertainment and retail, which received the Master Builders Association of Victoria 1998 Excellence in New Construction Award for Buildings valued from $10M to $50M.

Stage 1 comprised 20 Village cinemas, including three Gold Class auditoriums, an interactive Intencity games centre, a large movie-themed main foyer, specialty retail and a 2000-space car park.
