Northland Entertainment Precinct

The use of innovative construction techniques and Probuild's involvement in the design process achieved a shorter construction program for the $20m Entertainment Precinct at Northland Shopping Centre. The project extended over three levels and included the extension of the cinema complex from 8 to 14 auditoriums construction of a games and leisure facility, the introduction of new malls and specialty shops, and upgrading existing malls and specialty shops. The existing food court was expanded and refurbished and the multi-deck carpark was extended.

Probuild was also responsible for the construction of a later extension of the Entertainment Precinct which included a public piazza with artworks, restaurants and cafes.
