L1, Highpoint Shopping & Entertainment Centre

L1 was designed as a new youth precinct at Highpoint, with a mix of specialty shops, entertainment and food. The project comprised the refurbishment of an existing mall and a new entry from the carpark, and the creation of a restaurant-lined plaza with entry to the cinemas.

A new night club was included in the project, with entry from the plaza.
