Mallesons Stephen Jaques Office Fitout

A unique environment of diverse, clustered work settings of varying configurations was delivered for the 10-level office fitout for a leading law firm at Bourke Place, Melbourne. Groups of demountable framed office modules were linked by boardwalks, with a combination of worktables, open meeting areas, lounge areas and garden spaces to enable staff to work individually or in teams.

A new internal stair links all levels. A series of voids was created to provide a visual link between the Library and the client level. The project was delivered within a tight 7-month programme, despite severe restrictions to hours of work, noise and vertical transportation.
