Gandel Group Headquarters

The new corporate headquarters for the Gandel Group is located at Chadstone Shopping Centre, where the low profile, 5,000 sq m office floor was constructed above the fully operational David Jones store.

The project comprises a ground level lift lobby, two lifts, reception, executive suites, boardroom, meeting rooms, semi-open plan offices, staff dining room and outdoor plaza. Work commenced on site in April 2003 and was completed on time and within a budget of $15m.

The development is now the headquarters of Colonial First State Property Management.
