The Sands, Torquay combines a new, 110-room hotel with a refurbished golf club house, gym and staff facilities in a highly contemporary design in keeping with its Surf Coast location. The staged development included guest accommodation, bars, dining room, kitchen facilities and landscaping, with all stages delivered on time and within the $16.5M budget.
