370 Docklands Drive

370 Docklands Drive achieved the distinction of being the first speculative office building to achieve a 5-Star Green Star Certified Rating at the design phase on its first submission and has been built to extremely high environmental and efficiency standards. The $23M commercial office project for Austcorp and YarraCity is the second major project that we have undertaken at Docklands. The Design and Construct development was completed on time and within budget in April 2008.

Environmental initiatives include a blackwater treatment and recycling system, highly efficient chillers and an equally efficient lighting system. The facade design and airconditioning system complement each other to produce an efficient, environmentally-sustainable and cost-effective overall solution.
