Campbelltown Catholic Club Hotel and Exhibition Centre was a staged development, with Stage One involving construction of the new 4.5 Star Rydges Hotel and Stage Two the Exhibition Centre. The $40M project exemplifies the new generation of high quality hotel and club redevelopments.

WBHO Probuild Constructions completed the 116-room hotel one month ahead of schedule, while substantial cost savings on the construction of the Exhibition Centre were passed back to the client, without compromising quality and still delivering the project on time and within budget.
