Starting my building career as a graduate in 2007, I have been able to excel my knowledge and passion for building through project diversification and continual personal progression of job responsibilities and roles. I am currently close
to completing my fourth project with Probuild. My experience ranges from a $10 million mixed use retail and office building in Richmond to the $130 million Monash New Horizons; a research facility involving both educational and
office space for Monash University and CSIRO in Clayton.
Probuild has always provided me with an opportunity to broaden my horizons through extra responsibility and internal promotion. I started as a graduate, then Contracts Administrator; Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager and now Project Manager. This process has provided me with exposure to numerous aspects that make up a construction company, such as; contracts, budgets, project forecasting, construction programming, site management, subcontractor management, client management, consultant management, services management, commissioning management,
design management, quality management and Green Star initiatives.
